Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Any delays will be communicated via call, email or WhatsApp.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery time is 10 working days. Shipping is charged at a flat fee unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
